Role - Graduate Hazardous Material Technician on Waste Water
Location: Lincoln- Canwick
Employment: Full time 37 hours per week and contact will last for up to 6 months
Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour
Essential: Drivers license and own vehicle
My client is a household name that has a temporary assignment available that will last for up to 6 months based from Lincoln Canwick. The position on Hazardous Material Technician - Waste Water/Sewage is based from a Waste Water Treatment plant near Canwick and my client is looking for a Graduate with a Degree. Note this role will require travel to other waste water treatment plants in the area (circa 1-2 hours radius of Lincoln) so owning your transport is an essential criteria for this position.
The main responsibilities of this position will be:
1. Logging deliveries as they arrive - eg Company name, Vehicle registration
2. Conducting a visual inspection and collecting a sample of all deliveries (sewage)
3. Logging the data of the above tasks on database
This role would suit anyone that isn't put off by working on a waste water treatment site and having to work with sewage.
To be suitable for the role you MUST HAVE:
1. Your own transport
2. Be able to work with Sewage and on a waste water treatment plant
3. Ability to interact with customers relating to deliveries
4. Be able to accurately record and store data
5. Must have a Degree
This role offers flexible working between 7:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday where you will work 37 hours per week.
On offer is an hourly rate of £12.50 per hour for the duration of the contact along with paid travel to all sites except Canwick.
This role will start at the beginning of June and interviews are scheduled for WC 27th May.
