Your Role
As our Media Sales Executive, you will:
1. Take ownership of identifying and approaching potential advertisers and media agencies, presenting tailored advertising packages that include sponsorships, spot ads, and more.
2. Build on your existing relationships within the industry while forging new connections with brands eager to leverage the power of radio and podcast advertising.
3. Drive sales by hosting engaging face-to-face meetings, understanding client needs, and deliveringinnovative, bespoke solutions.
4. Stay ahead of industry trends and position Kube Media as the go-to partner for brands targeting diverse audiences.
5. Report performance and forecasts to the Business Development and Partnerships Manager, using top-tier CRM tools likeHubSpot and Apollo.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking ambitious individuals with:
1. Experience in media, radio, or podcast ad sales.
2. A proven track record of cultivating relationships and closing deals with brands and agencies.
3. Strong proficiency insales tools and CRM systems.
4. Exceptional presentation skills with a flair for crafting compelling pitches.
5. Confidence, tenacity, and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
6. The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
What We Offer
1. Competitive base salarywith anuncapped commission structureand a minimum expected OTE of £50,000 (10% commission on each sale, uncapped).
2. Ahybrid working modelwith a minimum of three days at our Chelmsford hub.
3. A modern, central studio location just a short walk from Chelmsford Rail Station and convenient parking nearby.
4. Regular working hours, Monday to Friday (9 am - 5 pm), with a minimum of 35 hours per week, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
5. 28 Days annual leave including public holidays.
