We currently have an opportunity for a Multi Skilled Plasterer to join our Repairs & Maintenance team.
As a Multi Skilled Plasterer, you will undertake repairs & maintenance works to our property portfolio to ensure our homes are always safe and secure.
We are looking for someone who:
1. Holds a full UK driving license.
2. Have a strong customer focus.
3. Holds a recognised Plastering qualification such as City & Guilds or NVQ.
4. Has previous experience of working within a repairs & maintenance service, preferably relating to a domestic property portfolio.
5. Has excellent multi-trade ability, knowledge and experience and a willingness to apply these attributes to the requirements of the RBH repairs & maintenance service.
6. Be comfortable working at heights, using ladders and/or scaffolding as well as working in confined spaces and in a variety of work conditions.
7. Be able to manage and plan a varied workload with competing demands.
8. Is flexible and able to participate in the emergency repairs call-out service (working outside normal hours as and when required).
