Property Administrator Annual Salary: £25-30k Location: West End Job Type: Full-time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day remote) My client, a private family office, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee their residential portfolio for their family trust investment company. This role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in property and looking to advance into Property Management or Asset Management. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Financial Management: Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements. Ensure timely payments from tenants and collections. Schedule and monitor expenditures. Manage invoice processing and payments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Tenant/Resident Relations: Welcome new tenants, manage check-ins and check-outs. Investigate and resolve resident complaints and enforce occupancy policies. Maintain timely and effective communications with residents and tenants. Maintenance and Operations: Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and implementing preventative measures. Maintain strong relationships with contractors, monitoring timelines and progress. Ensure compliance with security and health regulations.
