Diagnose and troubleshoot software and database issues related to the accounting software. Assist clients with installation, configuration, and updates of the accounting software. Maintain detailed records of support requests, actions taken, and resolutions, via our support desk tool ZOHO Create and update technical documentation and user manuals. Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and suggest improvements. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support. Help monitor and maintain the performance of the accounting software with the aim of suggesting improvements/ideas. Microsoft SQL Server Assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the SQL Server database that is utilised by our accounting software. Write and optimize SQL queries to ensure maximum/best performance/practice. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Support data integration and extraction processes (occasionally) Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues as they arise. Basic understanding of performance tuning and optimization techniques. Assist in the implementation of data security measures and database access controls. Participate in code reviews and testing processes to ensure the quality of database-related code.
