As Bar and Restaurant Manager, you'll motivate the team to maintain high quality, efficient service that adds to our exceptional Guest experiences, and is in accordance with licensing regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintain an effective bar and restaurant service with an emphasis on high quality, efficient service
* Check that Guest service standards are set, implemented and monitored
* Comply with licensing regulations and hotel procedures relating to the bar and service of alcoholic beverages
* Demonstrate a perfect knowledge of all beverages and food offered at the bar and in the restaurant
* Ensure compliance with proper training of all Company Health and Safety, Fire Regulations and procedures
* Ensure all Team Members are impeccably presented
* Evaluate the performance of the Team ensuring the highest standards of service are given at all times
* Complete all necessary administration in accordance with Company procedures
* Produce effective revenue forecasting, as per timelines, and communicate forecasts to the Food and Beverage office
* Maximise revenue and increase average spend per person through upselling, service standards, training and motivational techniques
* Meet or exceed the monthly profit margin target
