Salary: £25,612 per annum (pro-rota for part time)
Working Pattern: Full Time: Monday - Friday 9am – 5pm

What will a typical day at Routes to Work be like for you?
We deliver a range of learning and development opportunities designed to support and advance our clients’ journey, including personal development and accredited qualifications. You will design, develop, procure and deliver a range of activities and programmes that will form staged interventions to clients referred with a view to improving their employability skills. We aim to ensure that learning and development is engaging and fun. You will be part of a proactive team, developing effective working relationships internally and externally to identify external training opportunities.
The right candidate will have experience of working with a range of clients. Have knowledge of Microsoft Office, be highly motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic.
The Skills Facilitator role comes with the opportunity to progress to Trainer (salary of £31,299 per annum), this entails achieving an agreed qualification at SCQF Level 8, within an agreed timescale and funded by RTW.
