What will you do in the role?
1. Managing and coaching a team
2. Undertaking a review of the complaints process and identifying areas that need improving
3. Implementing changes to set the team up for success moving forward
Who would excel in this role?
1. Experience of managing and coaching a complaints team
2. Experience of complaints at Stage 1, Stage 2 and Ombudsman enquiries
3. Experience at root cause analysis and service improvement
