Job Duties:
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to reception-aged children
* Plan and prepare educational activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues
* Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
* Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to support the overall development of students
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with early years or reception-aged children
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
* Strong classroom management skills
* Passion for early years education and child development
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Early Years Education
* Experience with special educational needs (SEN) students
Working Conditions:
This role involves working with young children in a school setting. The working hours are full-time, and the teacher will be required to adhere to school policies and procedures.
