Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the order processing team in handling a high volume of orders.
* Verify order accuracy and completeness to ensure timely processing.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order status, and other relevant information.
The successful candidate will have:
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
