As a Room Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a specific room or age group, ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children.
What we are looking for:
1. Previously worked as a Room Manager, Room Leader, Deputy Manager, Senior Nursery Nurse, Assistant Nursery Manager or in a similar role.
2. At least 2 years experience working in an early years setting.
3. Level 3 Childcare and Education qualification or equivalent qualification.
4. Background in leading and supporting a team.
5. Up-to-date safeguarding training.
6. Current First Aid certification.
7. Enhanced DBS check.
Shift:
Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 6:00pm
