HR Ops Manager- Energystore £35k-£40k Belfast Our client, Energystore is looking for an HR Operations Manager to take the reins and drive their HR service, with a key focus on the Northern Ireland region. Operating across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Great Britain to make construction simple and more sustainable. They are experienced in designing, manufacturing and installing insulation systems. Their expanding product range and team have continued to grow and their products are used in over 800 homes weekly. In their commitment to make construction more sustainable, they have introduced several UK & Irish market firsts including TLA, Superbead Beam & Block, Energystore and Facadeclick. What You’ll Be Doing: · Managing all HR administration tasks with accuracy and compliance. · Overseeing end-to-end recruitment, including contracts, checks, and onboarding. · Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing expert advice and support. · Coaching managers on employee relations and supporting them with ongoing feedback. · Maintain HR systems and employee data, ensuring accuracy & integrity of employee information and payroll data. · Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across HR processes, including Right to Work and National Living Wage. · Collaborating with the Head of HR on exciting projects and delivering impactful training. · Fostering a positive and proactive work environment through engaging communications. What We’re Looking For: We’re searching for someone with a proactive and people-focused approach who thrives in a dynamic environment.
