An HR Advisor is required to provide vital HR support within an industrial/manufacturing environment of approx 1200 employees, working closely with the HR Business Partner for all aspects of HR on a day-to-day basis. Building key working relationships with stakeholders across the business, being the face of HR for all first-level queries in a generalist capacity.

Description
* Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
* Coordinate recruitment and selection processes.
* Conduct staff performance reviews and implement development plans.
* Ensure compliance with employment law and industry regulations.
* Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed.
* Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* CIPD qualified or working towards.
* Extensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
* Stakeholder management.
* Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
Job Offer
* A competitive salary in the range of 36,000 - 47,000 per annum.
