Opportunity to lead the development of our sales operations through the promotion of best practice, performance management, achievement of productivity gains and alignment to the business strategy The platform to implement your coaching and mentoring style and values in order to foster an engaged, motivated and supported sales unit. We will rely on you to: Work with UK Sales Leader to drive a consistent and successful Sales Operations model across the business, including but not limited to supporting growth campaigns, financial reporting and initiative success tracking. Work with individual growth leaders, to drive best practice across the business and ensure different business units and growth leaders are brought into centrally led initiatives and projects. Deliver regular and ad-hoc growth reporting and management information on sales. To support other growth focused projects aligned to sales operations, such as CRM development, MMC collaboration, events and marketing What you need to have: Extensive and proven sales or consulting experience, ideally within insurance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – across a broad range of seniority levels. Excellent analytical skills which you can use in your day-to-day role, including but not limited to performance monitoring, sales planning and strategy development. A bias for technology and desire to find innovative and practical solutions to drive performance. Collateral / Thought Leadership – Leveraging Knowledge Management to support the delivery of collateral (i.e. Thought Leadership, Advisers, Newsletters etc.) through a defined annual marketing plan supported by marketing campaigns and client events / roundtables – all designed in conjunction with Industry Leadership What makes you stand out: In-depth technical insurance knowledge across a broad range of lines and risks CII qualifications or equivalent The ability to synthesise and simply communicate complex information visually and in writing. Revenue Growth – ability to support Marsh revenue growth by coaching sales teams where required.
