The Role: Client Engagement Representative
We are seeking a Client Engagement Representative to join our dynamic team, to help develop and nurture existing relationships and to identify and engage with new business opportunities to drive growth.
This role is responsible for developing meaningful client relationships that will enable growth and clients for life. The role will also identify and leverage company-wide resources to address client satisfaction, growth, renewal, risk, or opportunity.
Responsibilities:
To build on and develop existing client relationships. Understanding the scheme-based partnerships that are in place with the business and how they operate.
Identify growth opportunities and help provide solutions to meet the diverse and evolving needs of the client.
Identify and leverage company-wide resources to address client satisfaction, growth, renewal, risk, or opportunity
Offer development/cross selling opportunities to existing partners with a view to facilitate growth.
Manage a pipeline of opportunities from prospect stage to launch, with the support of the wider Balens team.
Deliver new and maintain existing introducer and partner relationships.
Provide support across the wider Balens to ensure successful conversion of opportunity.
Be a key member of our Events team, delivering workshops, presentations, networking and engaging with attendees, exhibitors, and partners.
Work collaboratively with our Compliance and Agency teams to ensure all regulatory components of relationship management are achieved.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance lead generation, opportunity conversion and penetration rates.
Resolve incidents promptly and Implement improvements based on incident analysis.
Identify opportunities for individual and team development, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Regulatory Responsibilities
Take responsibility for ensuring you operate compliant with all regulatory requirements.
Take responsibility for ensuring compliance is embedded in your work.
Experience:
Proven experience in a sales focused role.
Demonstrated success in lead acquisition and conversion.
Experience in managing client relationships with multiple stake holders.
Track record of implementing successful customer retention & conversion strategies.
