A day in the life of a Senior Support Worker with Orbis Education and Care Involves : Act as shift leader Assist in ensuringservice scouring standards are maintained. Participating in the on-call rota. Assist in reporting and evidence gathering activities. Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in assessment, development and review of support and care plans. Promote and celebrate homes achievements. To be a successful SeniorSupportWorker with Orbis Education and Care, you'll need: Experience in a support environment. QCF level 3 qualified. Knowledge of statutory regulations. Lead by example and always act as a positive role model. Upload company policies and standards. Able to understand and adhere to relevant safeguarding. Good awareness of conducting Health and Safety risk assessments. Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
