Recovery Coordinator - Integrated Co-occurring needs (ICON)
Afc Band 5
Job overview
We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Coordinator to join our team, specialising in Integrated Co-occurring Needs (ICON). This role is a fantastic opportunity to work within a progressive service, supporting individuals on their journey toward recovery from drug and alcohol dependency.
As a Recovery Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering comprehensive, person-centered care to service users, addressing both substance use and co-occurring needs. By fostering a supportive environment, you will help individuals navigate their treatment journey and achieve sustainable recovery.
This position requires a passion for empowering others, a commitment to evidence-based practice, and a forward-thinking approach to delivering high-quality, integrated care. If you’re looking to make a tangible difference in people’s lives, this could be the perfect role for you.
Main duties of the job
You will deliver a comprehensive Tier 3/4 service to individuals experiencing substance use challenges, with a focus on bridging the gap between substance misuse and mental health services.
Recognising that co-occurring needs are the standard rather than the exception for our service users, the ICON initiative seeks to address these complexities by reducing barriers to accessing treatment, minimizing duplication of services, and ensuring a more integrated, seamless approach to care.
