Person Specification Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
