A major expansion and renovation project has begun at our resort, due for
completion in Autumn 2025. With a substantial investment in excess of £80
million, we are enriching our resort including the addition of a new event
space, The Masters Suite, 149 extra bedrooms, a state-of-the-art leisure club,

Housekeeping at The Belfry Hotel & Resort make it their number one
priority to deliver an outstanding, lasting impression to all guests visiting
the Resort. Housekeeping consistently achieve our high standards in the rooms
and public areas and have excellent attention to detail and pride in what they
achieve.
The on-target earning potential for this role is a £27,745.00 annual
salary, comprising a base salary of £26,248.00 supplemented by an estimated
£1,497 in gratuities per annum, ensuring a rewarding compensation package.
About the role
Reporting into the Executive Housekeeper, as our overnight cleaning
Supervisor, you will be required:
* To supervise the night’s cleaners
* To spot check areas and feedback appropriately
* To ensure the highest level of cleaning standards are achieved,
alongside any additional deep or daily cleaning
* To support where needed
* To liaise closely with the Executive Housekeeper & PA
Supervisor on a daily basis
* Stock control
* To have pride and commitment in your area of work
* Advise and assist in cleaning the leisure club
About you
The Ideal candidate will have had experience cleaning in a hotel or
leisure club setting and will be hard working, a team player, positive,
enthusiastic and organised. The individual will have a flexible approach to
work and shift patterns, be standards driven and be able to deliver, and have
an exemplary attention to detail. In this role you must be able to deal with
guest enquiries in a friendly manner as you will be the face of the nights team
around the resort. Supervisory experience is essential.
