A Fleet Coordinator vacancy has arisen to join a Redditch based company. A full-time role, you will be coordinating a fleet of approximately 80-100 vehicles. Working closely with the Workshop Team Leader to ensure vehicles are booked in correctly for their build slots and with Production/Office team to ensure all associated paperwork is completed and logged.
As the Fleet Coordinator you will be -
1. Ensuring master data lists are always up to date and are regularly updated with current mileage, electric range etc
2. Receiving and signing off all customer vehicles on-site
3. Completing necessary paperwork ie. Vehicle Inspection Form and checklists
4. Responsible for logging and managing the safety of all customers keys on-site
5. Carrying out quality control & safety sign off checks, ensuring all associated paperwork is completed
6. Responsible for the parking and locking of all vehicles on site at the close of each day
Ideally, you will need -
7. Previous experience in a similar fleet administration role is essential.
8. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
9. Experience using Outlook, WhatsApp & Excel
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
11. A full valid UK driving licence
On offer for this Fleet Coordinator role –
12. A temp-to-perm position to start June 2024
13. Starting pay rate of £13p/h increasing after probation
14. Working Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (some flexibility required)
You will be site-based for this role; therefore, you will need to be able to commute to the Redditch/Studley area on a daily basis.
