About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a permanent Operations Administrator to join our team, based in Hastings. The principal objectives of this role are to work as a member of the Operations team in a proactive, enthusiastic and professional manner. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday.
Duties
Day-to-day tasks:
* Coordinating staff inductions and training documentation.
* Completing all compliance documentation in a timely and efficient manner.
* Assisting with data entry of jobs and checking documentation for references and accuracy.
* Ensure that all internal systems are operating effectively.
* Ensure polite and effective communication with all customers (both external and internal) to achieve maximum results.
* Be Health and Safety focused – with the ability to role-model safe-working practices as per Hiltons H&S Handbook.
* Assist the Operations Manager and Supervisor with tasks as required.
* Have fun!
Skills and experience
* At least 2 years’ experience with administration, accounts or Supply Chain systems.
* Confidence in the use of software and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
* Proactive, self-motivated, ability to manage a high-volume workload and not be afraid to ‘roll up your sleeves’.
* Experience going above and beyond for customers – we would love to hear more on this!
