The role of Commercial Director is critical to ensuring the continued growth of the business through the development and implementation of commercial strategies that align with the Company goals and objectives, whilst ensuring that the customer experience is at the heart of everything. The role holder is also accountable for developing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and market share.

* Demonstrate exceptional leadership, commercial, and inter-personal skills in support of the Company's commercial, marketing, and customer excellence activities.
* Mentor and develop the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Excellence teams to create and maintain high-performing and highly engaged teams.
* Create winning Marketing and Customer experience strategies that unite all businesses within the group, cementing our leadership position within the market.
* As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, make a significant and measurable contribution to the company's success.
* Lead customer contract negotiations, ensuring they meet company policies and legal requirements.
* Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to understand the needs of current customers and acquire new business.
* Prepare, manage, and control departmental budgets.
* Create and manage team incentive plans, ensuring they reward the right behaviours and align with the business strategy.
