About the Position:

As a Compliance Risk Lead, you will play a key role in identifying and managing emerging or existing compliance risks related to Engineering and Quality standards.
The team is currently working on the high-profile Dreadnaught Programme, offering a unique chance to contribute to a critical national project.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Identifying and managing emerging or existing compliance risks related to Engineering and Quality standards
* Supporting the development of new facilities and capabilities
* Developing and managing a risk-based audit schedule
* Supporting inspections and recertification processes to ensure clear visibility of outcomes across the program
* Maintaining and continuously improving the T&FC Operational Framework and Code of Practice
* Reviewing the company's governance structures and arrangements to promote appropriate levels of responsibility, accountability, efficiency, and effectiveness
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a degree-level qualification in a STEM-related subject. You will have proven experience of managing engineering and quality governance activities within a complex software environment.
You will also have knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and exposure to Engineering Management Plans/Business Management Systems/Operational Frameworks.
