This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with pupils, helping them manage their behaviour and achieve their potential. The Role As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will: Work 1:1 and with small groups to provide tailored behaviour support. Assist in managing challenging behaviours in the classroom and around the school. Build positive relationships with pupils to promote engagement and positive attitudes to learning. Support teaching staff in delivering lessons by maintaining a calm and productive classroom environment. Implement behaviour management strategies in line with the schools policies. Act as a mentor to pupils, encouraging their social, emotional, and academic development.?
