The City of Stirling is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Service Lead – Strategic Planning and Performance.
The Role
As the Service Lead – Strategic Planning and Performance, you will play a key strategic leadership role in the development and implementation of the City's Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework. You will also be responsible for embedding an enterprise Risk Management Framework across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to drive future strategy development, coordinate integrated planning processes, and measure the City's performance against strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement the City's Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework, promoting accountability and transparency.
* Lead the annual integrated planning and budget process to align services, projects, and programs with the City's priorities.
* Coordinate the City’s Performance Evaluation Framework including establishment of KPIs and project milestones and the provision of a timely reporting process.
* Develop and implement the City's enterprise risk management framework, including risk identification, reporting, and management.
* Foster strategic and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
* Comprehensive knowledge of local government legislation, including the Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework.
* Demonstrated skills and experience in project management, strategic planning, and service delivery.
* Experience in enterprise risk management and policy development.
This permanent full-time position is a Level 9a Inside Workforce Agreement position which attracts a salary from $144,125.56 gross pro rata per annum plus superannuation.
