Job Description
Fairmont St Andrews' talented and dedicated Pastry team is looking for a Chef de Partie to join them.
What you will be doing:
1. Assist the Sous Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring all areas meet Fairmont St Andrews standards.
2. Supervise and coordinate kitchen service with other departments alongside the Sous Chef.
3. Address staff queries and resolve problems related to your assigned kitchen area.
4. Coordinate and participate in training of kitchen staff and hotel initiatives such as Health and Safety and Green Team committees to foster relations and improve kitchen standards.
5. Motivate and train staff effectively.
6. Prepare daily food items according to business requirements.
