Damp & Mould Administrator 16 Hours Per Week 10,810 per annum (FTE 25,000) Horsham, West Sussex 3-Month Fixed Term Contract Saxon Weald are recruiting for a damp and mould administrator to join our team on a fixed term basis for 3 months. We are looking for somebody who can commit to 16 hours per week and are flexible as to whether this is worked from 2-5 days per week. After an initial training period there will be the option to work from home. You will manage a variety of tasks relating to damp & mould case management including reviewing and updating damp and mould cases using our internal systems, contacting residents to ensure issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the works that have been completed and arranging and co-ordinate quality inspections. To be successful in this role you will need to: Have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Be confident using IT, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly. Be a strong communicator, comfortable speaking with customers via phone Be proactive and use your initiative to solve problems Have a customer focused approach and share our passion for providing an excellent customer experience.
