About The Role As a Program Manager, you will coordinate project management and service delivery for a key client. Your responsibilities include resource allocation, monitoring progress, and managing relationships with stakeholders. You’ll also track project performance, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Key responsibilities Work closely with resource managers to efficiently allocate program resources. Ensure the timely execution of the program within planned cost and forecast. Act as a single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in the program. Develop program plans and schedules to monitor progress. Interface with providers, subcontractors, technical teams, and customers to align project specifications and requirements. Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Track project performance, analyzing successful completion of short and long-term goals. Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
