Role Description Working closely with the Compliance team to provide operational support, this role is a true generalist role. It is a great opportunity for a person who is meticulous in data accuracy, has excellent customer service, a strong attention to detail and someone who can assess business risk. The specific duties and responsibilities centre around the Firm’s job acceptance procedures for all insolvency appointments. Whilst the role is administrative in nature, it carries with it a real need for attention to details and a basic understanding of how the role helps the Firm to avoid risk. Main duties will include: Electronic checks of the Firm’s various systems to identify any potential conflicts of interest and communicating the results to the requesting party Anti-Money Laundering searches via an online facility designed for this purpose and communication of the results to the requesting party Setting new matters up on the Firm’s case management system Closing cases on the Firm’s case management system and any associated duties Raising invoices when required Saving compliance reviews / updating spreadsheet Skills required Educated to GCSE level or above and/or suitable relevant experience.
