Class People are currently recruiting for a Primary School teacher for a long-term position in Oxfordshire. This position starts in February and lasts until the end of the academic year, specifically for Year 5.

Responsibilities:
* Assist classroom teachers in delivering interactive and engaging lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
* Teach following the curriculum and lesson plans provided by the school.
* Help maintain a safe and orderly learning environment.
* Engage learners with both classroom and out-of-classroom activities.
* Promote positive behavior and an inclusive environment amongst the students.
* Assist teachers in adapting lessons to meet the individual needs of the students.
* Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

Minimum Requirements:
* Ability to engage and motivate learners.
* A valid right to work in the UK.
* Strong classroom leadership and management skills.
* Previous experience in a similar educational setting preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and the school community.
