The position is likely to be in a Primary class; however, our teachers are flexible and may move between Primary and Secondary, depending on the needs of the institution. We believe in fostering adaptability and collaboration within our team to provide the best support for our students.
As part of our commitment to delivering outstanding education, you will work across Key Stages 2, 3, and 4, supporting the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development of our students through innovative, trauma-informed teaching practices.

* Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons to small groups or individuals, adapting the curriculum to meet diverse needs.
* Foster self-confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging within the community.
* Use Trauma-Informed Care and Conscious Discipline techniques to support behaviour regulation and personal growth.
* Collaborate with parents, external agencies, and colleagues to develop individualised learning plans and strategies for success.
* Lead educational activities, manage support staff, and contribute to development initiatives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
