National Account Manager

To support the National Account Director in managing and growing key client relationships, focusing on maximizing revenue, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in the Disaster Recovery & Restoration market.
Your Tasks
1. Assist the National Account Director in managing relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
2. Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities in the Disaster Recovery market and Insurance sector.
3. Act as a key contact for client accounts, addressing queries, issues, and ensuring effective communication.
4. Act as the primary point of contact between the insurer and clients.
5. Maximize revenue by promoting new products and services to existing clients.
6. Actively seek to expand client bases in designated accounts.
7. Ensure that all client accounts are managed effectively, maintaining detailed records and ensuring all job-related activities are completed accurately and timely.
8. Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring clients’ expectations and contractual requirements are met.
9. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, project teams) to ensure seamless service delivery.
10. Work with the marketing team to create and distribute communication materials, ensuring all client needs are met.
11. Support the National Account Director in implementing growth strategies, setting and achieving sales targets.
12. Contribute to the development of new products and services based on market demand and customer feedback.
13. Identify and support the development of strategic partnerships that enable the business to expand its market offerings.
Your Profile
14. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
15. Full driving license with the ability to travel nationally.
16. Experience in account management, business development, and client relationship building.
17. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
18. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
