An FMCG/Tech enterprise that emerged a little over ten years ago, but is now an institution across Europe and Asia is growing in multiple markets and new geographies. They're looking for a brand new team to generate new business across Germany!
They're looking for a sizeable number of Junior Business Development Managers to come in and grow their book of business - successful candidates will be joining as part of new teams!
Junior Business Development Consultant (German Speaker) Package:
A basic salary of €42k
Additional OTE/commission taking your total earnings to €76k!

Junior Business Development Consultant (German Speaker) Role:
Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the company, its marketplace, competitors and target client
Regularly speak to prospects over the phone and travel to client sites in order to maintain relationships, overcome objections and educate them on the company's value proposition
Implement marketing and category initiatives throughout your customer base
Manage and monitor the performance of sales throughout your assigned territory
Closely observe the company ethos when attending regional and national conferences, networking with existing clients in order to further business generationJunior Business Development Consultant (German Speaker):
Ideally educated to degree level
Essential - business fluency in German & English
Ideally, you will have some sales experience
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
Confident with good presentation skills
Driving licence preferred
