About the Role As part of the Member and Civic Services Team in the Chief Executive’s Department, this post will provide a full confidential support service to the Lord- Lieutenant of Leicestershire, the Vice Lord Lieutenant, Deputy Lieutenants, Chairman of the County Council and all Elected Members. About You To apply for this post, you must have/be: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent or equivalent level of experience Experience liaising with organisations/services to deliver events/services Experience of working effectively as part of a team. An understanding of the role of the Lord-Lieutenant, Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the County Council and Elected Members. Excellent written and oral communication skills Diplomatic and tactful in dealing with sensitive confidential matters Ability to maintain strict confidentiality always. Able to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion.
