An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious newly qualified Accountant to join an expanding business near Hull.
They are on a growth journey, have recently implemented a new ERP system, and are looking to build on their controls to enable them to double their turnover in the next 3 years.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will manage all aspects of financial reporting and management accounting:
1. Preparing monthly management accounts
2. Maintaining balance sheet reconciliation
3. Proposing weekly payments and uploading into the bank when approved
4. Sales vs Revenue reconciliation
5. Assisting in VAT returns
6. Assisting to produce MI within deadlines and producing spend analysis when required
You will be:
1. Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA from chartered practice or industry
2. Excellent IT skills
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
