To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent Functional area: Engineering The associate operations engineer at Rampion is a development role aimed at the technical and commercial upskilling of the successful candidate across all key engineering topics including but not limited to balance of plant, wind turbine, joint venture, performance and HV & SCADA. The associate engineer will follow a structured development pathway supporting all topic leads with various levels of project and risk ownership developing towards the Operations Engineer standard. About the role: Ensure the successful delivery of specified maintenance campaigns including all elements of contract management, work planning, safety management and budget responsibility Own, update and maintain at least one Rampion Engineering Management Instruction (REMI) for a specified asset, including maintaining all relevant risk entries, updating the maintenance strategy and handling any emergent issues associated with the asset Oversee the delivery of improvement projects such as root cause analyses, modifications and implementation of changes that improve site performance Support team members with operational tasks across all key areas of operations engineering Manage budgets >£250k and associated financial planning and reporting Engage in joint venture reporting and lead on specified technical call topics Engage and support so far as is needed the completion of major project and outage works on site Integrate into and steer the site safety and behaviours culture Responsibilities and experience: Degree qualified in relevant engineering discipline or working towards a similar level qualification with wind industry experience Motivated to succeed with advanced interpersonal skills Resilient and able to influence your peers From here, you benefit from many further advantages – Curious?
