Responsibilities:
1. Provide 'at seat trolley service' on TPE trains, ensuring outstanding customer service, managing stock, and handling transactions.
2. Travel on assigned trains, assisting passengers, achieving sales targets independently, and meeting contractual goals.
3. Accurately account for stock and transactions, adhere to hygiene and safety standards, and support management initiatives.
4. Perform Service Centre duties as directed, engaging with passengers, providing information, and addressing diverse needs while offering accurate details on services, ticketing, platforms, and potential disruptions.
Requirements for On Board Host:
1. Applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
2. Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including long hours and varying shifts.
Additional Information:
Hours: Full Time Permanent (40 hours/week)
Shifts: Rotational shifts between 5 am and midnight, including some weekends.
Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour plus commission.
