Job Description You will provide both Security and Service Management strategies for Digital Workplace Services. You will focus on strengthening & standardizing the security of end-user products & services and aligning service delivery & service management to industry standards. You will focus on developing strategy to unify all of our Digital Workplace "self-service" capabilities into our standard ITSM tool Service Now. You will oversee the security strategy and design for all end user products and services; align the security roadmap to our strategic goals, ensuring that new security controls are implemented in our environment and reviewing & optimizing existing security controls while aiming to reduce costs, improve UX and ensure compliance with both internal & external partners. This is a remote position reporting to the VP of Global Digital Workplace Architecture. Your Responsibilities: Develop global Application Control governance framework to restrict the execution of potentially malicious applications on end user devices. Collaborate with the M365 Architecture team to design and implement information classification governance tools such as Microsoft's Purview and Cyera. Redesign the Digital Workplace Software Asset Management process to ensure consistency in endpoint application in-take, application delivery, application management, and a managed global software catalog as a part of a Data Driven strategy. Position all Digital Workplace services to be "data driven" by encouraging a culture of data literacy and use data for informed decision-making. Guide end user self-service w/in ServiceNow by developing automation solutions and vendor API integration. Ensure service catalog and data strategy are aligned and proper data hygiene and compliance with industry standards.
