Personal Assistant - Horsham
Our client is looking for a PA to join their successful team in Horsham, Sussex. The role will involve supporting the Managing Director, ensuring client requirements are met. Earn up to £35k with benefits, depending on experience.
Specific Activities Include:
1. Diary and inbox management
2. Weekly stats – meetings to be uploaded to CRM and KPI platforms
3. Client servicing: compliance, servicing and scheduling reviews
4. Prospect servicing –
5. Booking in 2nd/3rd/4th meetings
6. Actioning any tasks on back of info received
7. Admin duties: LOA Recommendations, Business Register
8. Meeting packs –
9. Complete a basic voyant and include expenditure questionnaire
10. Add investment funds to analytics
11. Ensuring accuracy and consistency of reports
12. Developing a training programme with Managing Director to identify key skills gaps and training needs for all members
13. Liaising with team to arrange training
14. Conduct regular spot checks on file notes to ensure quality and consistency
15. Review length of time for applications processing addressing any issues of delays
16. Help with addressing issues and escalations that cannot be addressed by PAs or Advisors

20. Highly skilled and organised to manage multiple case management progress channels.
21. Strong numerical ability to analyse financial data and performance metrics.

23. Ability to work autonomously as well as follow direction from C-Suite directives.
24. Motivate and mentor team leaders towards business efficiency.
25. IT technically proficient including Office 365.
