Supporting their health, happiness, and well-being is vital for the role. Our 24-hour care services provide essential assistance to individuals with complex and varying medical conditions, ensuring they receive safe, compassionate, and professional support to live comfortably and with dignity. We can offer a minimum of five overnight shifts 2200 - 0645 on a permanent part-time basis. (Week 1: Thu, Fri, Sun and Week 2: Thu, Fri) Ideally you would be able to pick up additional shifts due to staff leave. Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on care, including personal hygiene assistance, mobility support, and supervision of daily tasks in a timely manner. Assist with meals, social engagement, and emotional support, fostering a warm and positive environment where residents feel safe, valued, and connected. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed. Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and well-being. Skills And Experiences To have the opportunity to work in a supportive and fulfilling Aged Care environment, where you make a meaningful difference by enriching the lives of others, you should possess or be: Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care), Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Must be able to work on a permanent part time basis working overnight shifts Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to enhancing the lives of others.
