Brief Overview of Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving post-implementation issues with audio-visual equipment at various job sites.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Onsite Work (80%)
* Projection and Display Devices: Maintenance and repair of projection and display devices to ensure optimal performance.
* Audio and Video Conferencing: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Cisco, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams-based conferencing systems.
* Microsoft Hub: Configure and maintain Microsoft Hub platforms.
* Digital Signage Systems: Install, configure, and troubleshoot digital signage systems from Scala, OneLAN, and Brightsign.
* Video Wall Display Systems: Supervise the installation and configuration of video wall display systems from Datapath and Dexon.
* IPTV: Configure and perform diagnostics on IPTV systems from Exterity, Mediastar, and Tripleplay.
* AV Hardware Configuration: Perform firmware updates and diagnostics on videoconferencing codecs and AV hardware.
* Site Cleanliness: Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
* Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with customers and site contacts.
* H&S Adherence: Adhere to site rules, procedures, and health and safety protocols.
In-Office Work (20%)
* Post-Job Reports: Complete detailed reports on job completion and site maintenance.
* Technical Support: Provide phone and email support to clients and internal teams.
* Product Research: Conduct research to stay up-to-date on the latest product developments and client requirements.
* Training and Development: Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
* IMS and Quality Policy Awareness: Stay informed about IMS and quality policy best practices.

Desirable Qualifications:
* Extron School of AV: Hold certifications or have completed training from the Extron School of AV.
* Microsoft Teams Core Skills: Possess core skills in Microsoft Teams.
* AVIXA CTS: Hold AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification.
