My client is looking for an experienced, results-oriented Door-to-Door Sales Team Leader to build and manage a high-performing field sales team, generating qualified leads for the government-backed ECO4 scheme. If you’re a natural motivator, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to train, coach, and drive sales teams to success, this role is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Recruiting, training & managing a team of door-to-door sales agents.
Assigning daily territories & optimizing route planning for efficiency.
Coaching agents on high-conversion sales techniques & compliance.
Monitoring KPIs, lead quality & conversion rates.
Ensuring compliance with all ECO4 regulations & ethical sales practices.
Scaling & growing sales operations in new regions.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in door-to-door sales & team leadership (Energy, Telecoms, Home Improvements, or similar).
✔ Strong ability to motivate, coach & drive a team to hit targets.
✔ A results-driven mindset with experience in data-driven sales tracking.
✔ Knowledge of ECO4, energy efficiency grants, or government funding schemes (preferred but not essential).
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation & objection-handling skills.
✔ Full UK driving license & access to a vehicle.
