The Marketing Executive role is critical in articulating our brand, telling our story, and engaging with different audiences to grow sales. You will take ownership of all marketing activity including content marketing, print, digital, social media, promotional marketing, and outreach events. Working closely with our retail stores, commercial, and e-Commerce teams in the UK and Germany to advance existing activities and develop new opportunities for growth.
This role forms part of a dynamic team who strive to offer the best in the fitness equipment market (both home and commercial fitness equipment).
Key Responsibilities:
* Working closely with our Retail, e-Commerce, and Marketing teams to build and manage campaigns to support all products and categories across the site and in-store experience.
* Work with key stakeholders within the business to establish brand plans for Fitshop and each of our own brand products.
* Propose, execute, and maintain the business marketing calendar and coordinate involved departments in delivering the activities.
* Identifying opportunities within the channels and presenting business cases to the Head of Product and Marketing to consider adding these to our marketing mix.
* Staying ahead of all digital and paid media trends to ensure we are delivering best-in-class performance.
* Coordinating all content and assets required for paid marketing campaigns.
* Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
* Review product launches to identify best practices and to learn and understand how to develop this in the future.
* Plan and execute all web, retail, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns with the Head of Product & Marketing.
* Expand our social media presence and manage email campaigns.
Who you will work with:
* Alongside liaising with a great Retail, e-Commerce, and Product & Marketing teams in the UK, you will work with our wider web team based in Germany to ensure the smooth running of our website, product launches, and campaigns. Collaboration is key, and working with Sales, Customer Care, and Purchasing will also be a necessity.
You will need:
* Experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.
* Experience in traditional marketing and digital marketing.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritize workload and work to tight deadlines.
* Be comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
* Ability to analyze performance and report back on KPIs to key stakeholders.
* Demonstrable experience with Google Analytics.
