About TECNIQ
We are an expanding manufacturer of precision-engineered composite components for leading vehicle development programmes.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Craft high-quality, hand-built composite components to exact specifications.
* Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment adhering to Health & Safety guidelines.
* Track materials and maintain accurate records.
* Collaborate with project engineers to resolve quality issues and optimize processes.
* Fabricate moulds and ensure accuracy in build manuals and quality control procedures.
* Maintain personal hand tools and store prepreg carbon fibre correctly.
Key Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to understand and adhere to technical engineering drawings and information.
* Essential experience in composite laminating and comfortable using hand and power tools.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information:
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am until 4:30pm. Overtime available. Salary: A competitive salary commensurate with experience (£35,000 - £45,000 per annum). Free on-site parking is also available.
