Job Description
* Engaging with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized service.
* Building strong customer relationships and providing product knowledge across a range of designer brands.
* Maintaining the visual standards of the store, including stock presentation and replenishment.
* Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and new product arrivals.
* Supporting the team with general store duties to ensure smooth operations.
* Assisting in-store promotions, events, and seasonal launches.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in luxury retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
* Passion for fashion and knowledge of premium and designer brands.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A positive attitude and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
* A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
* Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to store success.
