Operations Lead – Salisbury - £60,000

But hopefully you do. You don’t just think about it, it’s a challenge you desire.
In this role, you’ll join in an exciting period of transformation. The company has c.180 employees across tech, engineering, finance and everything in between. They are spread out across 4 different sites in two locations. Post-buyout earlier this year they are set to seriously grow. Not just in headcount but in tech, tooling and processes to facilitate that.
Day one you will manage a small team on the support desk. 2nd and 3rd line support engineers. You and your team will focus on device set up for people in the organisation and handle issues. As a senior person in the department, your role will have input on strategy and best practice. What works, what doesn’t, what tools they need and direction to go. You’ll do this with your line manager the Head of IT.

* You should be familiar with tech like AWS, Linux, Intune, Defender and/or MS365.
