We are currently recruiting for an EO2 for our client based in Lisburn.

Rate of pay: £14.50
Duration: Until 31/12/2025 (Possible Extension)
Location: NIEA Lisburn, 17 Antrim Road, Lisburn BT28 3AL
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Main Duties:
1. Management of the Chief Executive's diary, actively prioritising and re-prioritising diary commitments dependent on emergent issues and ensuring timely engagement with meeting attendees as necessary.
2. Responsibility for the day-to-day efficient management of Chief Executive Office’s generic mailbox and machinery of government requests (briefings, correspondence cases, assembly questions etc).
3. Developing and maintaining relationships internally with senior/middle management and externally by regularly liaising with key stakeholders in the CEO office.
4. Managing the flow of information and communication into and out of the CEO office using the NIEA Chief Executive Office Machinery of Government tracker.
5. Develop and regularly update the Internal CEO office operational procedures manual as and when necessary, ensuring processes are current and in line with best practice and good governance requirements.
6. On a weekly basis update the office manager on activities carried out/actions to be taken in the following week providing evidence as required.
7. Overseeing all correspondence ensuring it is appropriately allocated for action on receipt, saved appropriately in records management system, and responses are drafted/provided to CE for review in a timely manner.
8. Providing support to CEO meetings by taking minutes and actions, capturing key details and aligning them with the appropriate directorates/branches.

Essential Criteria applicants must have:
* Five GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) with Maths and English & 2 A Levels.
* Proof will be required at the first stage of registration. Without this, we cannot take your application forward.
* Must complete an Access NI security clearance.
