Our projects range from accommodation to commercial structures, all built with precision and craftsmanship. As we continue to expand due to increasing demand, we are looking for an experienced Joiner to join our skilled team and contribute to our growth.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Joiner to help us build and assemble modular structures with exceptional attention to detail and quality. You will be an integral part of our construction team, working on the manufacture of bespoke modular units that meet the highest standards of design, safety, and functionality. You may be required to periodically travel and complete work on-site, however the majority of work will be carried out within our workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble and fit joinery components for modular units, including doors, windows, cabinetry, and interior finishes.
* Work from technical drawings and specifications to produce precise and high-quality joinery.
* Operate woodworking machinery and tools to craft custom components for modular construction.
* Ensure all work is completed in line with project timelines and quality control standards.
* Collaborate with other trades and team members to ensure smooth production and assembly.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment that adheres to safety protocols.
* Installing studwork and plasterboarding
* Fitting kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, and flooring
* Constructing external cladding in various designs and patterns
Skills & Experience:
* A minimum of 3 years experience in Joinery.
* Expertise in using hand tools and power machinery, with a focus on accuracy and safety.
* Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans.
* Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
* Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Full UK Driving Licence preferable
