About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the classroom, working closely with both teachers and students. You’ll provide tailored support to ensure that every child feels encouraged, included, and equipped to overcome challenges. Whether it’s assisting with lessons, managing activities, or offering one-on-one support, your role will make a real difference. Your Day-to-Day as a Teaching Assistant: Provide personalised support to students with varying needs in and outside of the classroom. Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities. Help create an inclusive and positive learning environment where all students feel valued. Collaborate with teachers to monitor and adapt support strategies for student progress. Foster independence and build confidence in students’ abilities. Offer guidance and care to students when needed, ensuring their well-being. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience working with children or young people is essential (not necessarily in an educational setting). A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and staff.
