About the Role
As a Newcastle Financial Adviser Technical Support Coordinator, you will be part of a growing team that delivers a high standard of service to both internal and external customers. You will be the link between the support and paraplanning teams within the operational side of the business. You will lead administrative and advice processes and undertake technical tasks within the support function to assist both our financial advice and operational teams. This role requires innovative thinking and an openness to challenge procedures to bring positive change and drive efficiencies within the business.

About You
* You will have a good knowledge of financial services and an understanding of CRM applications and financial advice platforms.
* Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* You will have good IT & telephony skills and be able to communicate effectively in a clear and concise manner, both in written and spoken communication with customers and stakeholders.
* Ability to work effectively as a team and independently and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience within administrative and customer services roles with a proven track record of working to SLA’s / Time Constraints / Objectives.
* Ability to manage a varied workload and demonstrate flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing environment to support your financial advice colleagues and the wider business.
